A Brief History
In the mid 2000s, I was the director of a marketing agency, and I’d fallen in to a sedentary lifestyle. I gained a lot of weight, and weighed 17.5 stone, and developed terrible knee pain, and stairs became an issue… I decided to change my life around
Something strange happened after a couple of years of making changes to my diet, lifestyle and ‘discovering’ the gym… I entered a 10km trail race. I’d never run more than 1.5 miles before!
That first 10km race changed my life, I was totally hooked. I was out running nearly everyday and soon started to race up to half marathon distances all off road. My now wife joked, that I should become a personal trainer – so I did.
Fast forward a few years and I’m now a co-owner and head coach at Infiniti Fitness Gym, the home of CrossFit Trafford. I’m passionate about helping people to make positive change in their lives and to simply get fitter.

I work with all ages, from 5 years old all the way up to 70+ it's never too early or late to work on your fitness.
