A little background on my journey

A Brief History

In the mid 2000s, I was the director of a marketing agency, and I’d fallen in to a sedentary lifestyle. I gained a lot of weight, and weighed 17.5 stone, and developed terrible knee pain, and stairs became an issue… I decided to change my life around

Trail Running

Something strange happened after a couple of years of making changes to my diet, lifestyle and ‘discovering’ the gym… I entered a 10km trail race. I’d never run more than 1.5 miles before!

That first 10km race changed my life, I was totally hooked. I was out running nearly everyday and soon started to race up to half marathon distances all off road. My now wife joked, that I should become a personal trainer – so I did.

Fast forward a few years and I’m now a co-owner and head coach at Infiniti Fitness Gym, the home of CrossFit Trafford. I’m passionate about helping people to make positive change in their lives and to simply get fitter.

I will screen your movement and improve your mobility and get you to Push, Pull, Squat, Jump, Run and Row.

If you have a dedicated goal, or simply want to improve your fitness - we will work together so you can reach your goals

I work with all ages, from 5 years old all the way up to 70+ it's never too early or late to work on your fitness.

  • 1-2-1 sessions, all about you and taking you to where you want to be. £350 for 10 sessions.

  • I'm a big fan of the Paleo lifestyle and each year I reset with Whole30. Paleo took me from overweight to being a CrossFit Trainer!
